WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE AIRPORT
After exit customs, you'll see our staff waiting for you with a sign with your name or the company logo on it. Show him your ticket, and he'll show you to your vehicle and assist you with your bags. IMPORTANT: Don't talk to anyone else at the airport - they will only try to hook you into a timeshare presentation, not help you.
IF YOU ARE COMING FROM THE CANCUN AIRPORT
You will need to take separate transportation to the ferry pier in Playa del Carmen, and ride the passenger ferry over to Cozumel. Then we can pick you up as you arrive on the ferry from Playa del Carmen and take you to your hotel. We will then return you there when it's time for you to return home. If you need this service we can provide you too, just ask for prices.
Please do not forget to provide us information about your arrival, flight number, schedule, etc in order to be ready for your pick up.
